Appt for bloods, my veins are poor and usually takes 4-5 attempts to draw blood elsewhere. Elena always manages to draw my blood on the first attempt! painless as well, usually I am left black and blue, never happens when Elena does it. Elena is professional, friendly and very competent. I was also offered a flu vaccine which I didn’t even feel being given. Excellent visit, highly recommend this surgery, all of the staff are friendly and professional.

My recent asthma check up with Nurse Fu was helpful, positive and empowering. I felt encouraged to continue getting healthy. The appointment process with Nurses and Clinical Practitioners is efficient and easy to book. I appreciate the texting and online booking.

Elena is very efficient staff and an expert phlebotomist. I never expert any pain she she took blood sample. She is very courteous, approachable and easy to deal by with. An excellent nurse. The medical service provided by the surgery is excellent. I could not ask for more. Well done Allum medical practice particular to Elena.

My GP, Dr Chana is caring and responsive to the needs of her patients. I woukd recommend her to my family. The Practice is good but may be over subscribed as getting through on telephone takes time and booking an appointment to see a GP requires longer waiting time

The doctors, nurses and staff have been very helpful and responsive. They have been friendly and understanding. My only complaint is how hard it is to get an appointment if you are not one of the lucky ones to get through at 8am. But can’t fault the staff for that.

I like the element of specialism - Dr Chana is a specialist in the area in which i need to achieve change. And quite rightly there is a focus on what i can do for myself.

Prompt response both on phone & making appointment. Doctor made appropriate referral to women’s health GP ( didn’t even know there was one!) she was efficient in looking at the wider picture and making a subsequent referral. I shall just have to hope WX is as efficient!

Dr. Rattan really cares. As a family, we have felt very listened to. GP practices are under such strain. It can be a challenge to get an appointment, but once you're there, the doctors and nurses are all so lovely. I've been very impressed with the quality of care. It feels like a family physician again.

Dr Zulfiqar was fantastic. Listened to my issue, took me seriously, and managed to remove my coil that I have been waiting to have removed via surgery for over a year. It is such a relief to have it sorted and not to have to continue to wait for surgery. She was kind and calm, knowledgeable and understanding. Everything you would hope for when you see your GP.
