Family Planning & Well Woman

A full range of well woman services are available including contraception, cervical smears, hormone replacement therapy and coil fitting.

Flu Vaccination

The Allum Practice seasonal influenza vaccination Open Day will be on Saturday 5th October 2024.

This is a walk-in clinic. We will hold more clinics throughout October/November 2024.

Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Vaccine

We are offering a new vaccination called 'Respiratory Syncytial Virus' (RSV) to protect older adults in the age group of 75-79.  

This service will be starting on Thursday 1st September 2024. 

If you are 28 weeks pregnant or more, this will be delivered alongside antenatal maternity settings.

Nurse Clinics

Nurses run different clinics so it is important at the time of booking your appointment to inform staff the reason for booking so that you are placed in the right clinic.

Travel Vaccinations

Sickness Certificates (Fit Notes)

You must give your employer a doctor's 'fit note' (sometimes called a 'sick note') if you've been ill for more than 7 days in a row and have taken sick leave. This includes non-working days, such as weekends and bank holidays.
